Mr. Prateek Sharma, Counsel for the respondent No. 6. Heard Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue pertains to the allotment of land to the respondent No. 6.
Learned counsel for the respondent No. 6 submits that in the meanwhile, after cancellation of the present subject land, the respondent No. 6 has been allotted a different land therefore this writ petition has become infructuous.
In view of such submission on behalf of the respondent No. 6 that the
allotment which was under challenge has already been canceled and they have been allotted a different land, the present writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, present writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
