Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was subjected to departmental enquiry and entire enquiry was conducted, however, the finding has not been made known to the petitioner, therefore, the petitioner has made a representation (Annexure P-5) to the management/ respondents and prays his representation may be directed to be decided

within a stipulated period.

3. Considering the fact and the submission made without any observation on the merits since it is contended that the departmental enquiry has been conducted and concluded the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P5) shall be decided within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
