ORDER

(Passed on this 11th December, 2021) 1.

This appeal is directed against the impugned order dated 03.06.2016, whereby the appellant is convicted under Section 135(1-A) of the Electricity Act, 2003 and sentenced to R.I. for 6 months. 2.

During the pendency of this appeal, the parties have arrived at a compromise on 11.12.2021.

In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, as per the Compromise Docket dated 11.12.2021, the Appellant is hereby acquitted. 4.
