Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 03/08/2015 Considering the reply submitted by the State wherein paragraphs 3 & 4 reflect that the grievance of the petitioner subsequent to the filing of the writ petition has redressed, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue with the petition any further as having become infructuous.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous reserving the right of the petitioner to revive the same if his grievance still survives.
