1. This is third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.23 of 2020, registered at Police StationBodhghat, Distt.-Bastar (CG), for the offence punishable under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. This is third bail application. Two bail applications of the applicant have been dismissed by this Court vide orders dated 4.8.2020 and 16.10.2020 in M.Cr.C.Nos.1193/2020 and 7073/2020.

3. After dismissal of two bail applications on merits, I do not find any new ground or change in circumstances to entertain this third bail application. Accordingly, the third bail application is also dismissed. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial as the applicant is in jail since 23.1.2020.
