Agrawal Order On Board 16/01/2018 (1) After arguing for a fairly long time, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to prefer an appeal under Section 111 of the Electricity Act, 2003 before the Appellate Tribunal within a period of two weeks from today. (2) Permission is granted, as prayed for.

(3) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal under Section 111 of the Electricity Act, 2003 within a period of two weeks from today. If such the appeal is filed by the petitioner before

the Appellate Tribunal within a period of two weeks from today, in that event the Appellate Tribunal shall consider and decide the appeal expeditiously within a period of 45 days from the date of filing of such appeal.
