Heard Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the State. 2.

The counter-affidavit was served on the Counsel for the Petitioner on 28.11.2011. It states that the Petitioner was considered for pay upgradation in the year 2003 but was found unfit. There was no denial by way of rejoinder and there does not appear to have been any challenge to the rejection of his candidature in the year 2003. Subsequently, he was considered again in the year 2006 and on 17.10.2006, he has been granted upgradation in the scale of Rs. 500150-8000/-. 3.

In that view of the matter, if the Petitioner has any further grievance, he may pursue it before the authorities in accordance with law. 4.

The writ petition is disposed.
