Ms. Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner was working as Peon in the Pre-Metric Tribal Boys Hostel Koteya, Block Premnagar, District Surajpur w.e.f. 01.07.2007, but vide order dated 22.07.2014 (Annexure-P/1) passed by the respondent No.4, the list of Peons has been published and in place of the petitioner, one Shivshobhan has been appointed to work in the petitioner's school. Therefore, the respondent authorities may be directed to consider the case of the petitioner.

Mr. Singh, learned State counsel, would submit that if the petitioner makes a representation to the respondent No.4, the same will be considered and decided expeditiously.

Be that as it may, if the petitioner makes a representation to the respondent No.4 raising his grievance within a period of 2 weeks from today, the respondent No.4 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation by a reasoned and speaking order within next 6 weeks.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost (s).

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
