1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the instant petition is filed by the villagers of village Lakhna. He would further submit that in order to approach from village Lakhna to Bemta road is existing but it is not a WBM road, therefore the State government be directed to sanction and consider to release the money to make it a Water Bound Macadam (WBM) road. He further refers to Annexure P-3 which is a letter addressed to the minister to convert or prepare well approachable road from village Lakhna to Bemta. He further prays that respondents may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner.

2. Perused the documents.

3. Perusal of Annexure P-3, would show that it is a letter addressed to concerned minister of PWD which is regarding prioritizing the construction of road. Construction of road is the prerogative of the State, therefore, the issue purely being within the administrative domain, the high court cannot usurp the power, as it may lead to further flood of the petitions of interested parties which cannot be anticipated and ascertained. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the concerned State authority to seek redressal.

4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
