Learned State counsel produced the notification dated 9/02/2021 wherein Chairman of the Chhattisgarh Rent Control Tribunal has been appointed. 2.

The petitioner may file an appeal before the Chhattisgarh Rent Control Tribunal within a period of 30 days. The Rent Control Tribunal may hear the application for interim relief, if so prayed and till then order dated 28/01/2021 which is an interim protection against ejectment shall remain in operation. 3.
