Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by order dated 08.02.2016 by this Court in the case of WP(S) No. 4459 of 2014 and batch of petitions wherein, the issue with regard to qualifying service for the purposes of pension from the date of initial appointment upon absorption has been considered.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the legal position is not disputed but it will require verification of personal records of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, this petition is disposed off in terms of order dated 08.02.2016 passed in WP(S) No.4459 of 2014 and batch of petitions subject to verification of the petitioner, particular petitioner's service, details of his initial appointment, date of absorption etc.

With the aforesaid observations, the petition is disposed off.
