Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that he has filed reply to the present Contempt Petition and in the reply he has enclosed a document dated 12.3.2020 (Annexure R-1) whereby the case of the Petitioner has been duly considered and the Petitioner has been promoted as Pharmacist (Grade-II). 2.

Given the said fact that the Respondent has passed the aforesaid order dated 12.3.2020, this Court is of the opinion that the order passed by this Court stands duly complied with by the Respondent.

However, in case the Petitioner still has any further claim from the Respondent, he is at liberty to raise it by way of a fresh petition. 4.

Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is disposed of and the Respondent is discharged from the contempt proceeding.
