Considering that the order of reinstatement was passed by the Labour Court as far back as 18.1.2002, Respondent No.1 was then reinstated and the appeal of the Petitioners/State before the Industrial Court was also dismissed as far back as 2003, Respondent No.1 was a Class-IV daily wage employee, the Court does not consider the present a fit case at this stage to exercise its discretionary jurisdiction. 3.

The writ petition is disposed.
