As per communication No.4256/WarranV2015 dated28.04.2015, the appellant has served the entire sentence and has been released on 12.04.2010 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that since the appellant has served the entire sentence, he does not want to contest the present appeal on merits.

Since the appellant does not want to contest the appeal on merits as he has served the entire sentence, in my opinion, there is no illegality or impropriety in the judgment and conviction passed by the trial Court. 4.

Consequently, the appeal preferred by the appellant is hereby dismissed for the reasons indicatedabove.
