Heard on MCC application for correction in the order dated 4/01/2021 passed in WPC No.3166/2020.

On due consideration, taking into fact that certain orders have been passed in para 6 on 4/01/2021 in WPC No.3166/2020, it is observed that in para 6 of the order passed in WPC No.3166/2020 the word 'dismissed' would be read as 'disposed of'. Rest of the order shall remain as it is. Consequently, MCC stands disposed of.
