At the outset, Mr. A. K. Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that in view of the decision rendered by this Court in WPS No.2794/2012, decided on 12.03.2013, in between Kamleshwar Prasad and another vs State of Chhattisgarh and others, and other connected matters, the present petition has become infructuous.
