Complainant - Rajkumar Sahu is present before this Court on notice. He made a statement that he has objection in grant of bail to the applicant.

At this stage, Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application with liberty to revive the same after examination of the prosecutrix. In view of the submission made, this M.Cr.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
