Agrawal Order On Board 01/08/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that Tahsildar, Dhamdha, District Durg has issued notice to the petitioner staying the construction made by him, which is not in accordance with law.

(2) Per contra, counsel for the State would submit that the petitioner may file reply to the said notice and that will be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law. (3) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. (4) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file reply / objection to the said notice within a period of two weeks from today before the Tahsildar, Dhamdha, that will be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a
