1. In this case, on 24-7-2012 nobody appeared for the applicant and on 1-9-2014 also nobody appeared for the applicant and the matter was adjourned.

2. Today again nobody appears for the applicant even on two rounds of hearing.

3. Interim order is operating against the State and the applicant is not represented. Therefore, this Court has no option except to dismiss the revision and it is accordingly, dismissed.

4. Interim order dated 13-8-2003 is vacated.
