1. The grievance in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondent No.2 in taking a final decision on the application of the petitioner filed for grant of Permanent Caste Certificate.
2. According to the petitioner he has completed the formalities as per the Act of 2013 and has also submitted the inability certificate and thereafter it is for the respondent No.2 to conduct an enquiry and take an appropriate decision which till date has not been done.
3. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly, taking into consideration the fact that the case of the petitioner has not been finally decided till now.
4. Let respondent No.2 take an appropriate decision on the application in accordance with the Rules and procedure prescribed under the Act
of 2013 at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
