1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled for the post of Principal of the College but his case for promotion on the post of Principal has not been considered by respondent No.2 which may be considered and decided expeditiously. He has also filed a representation for the said claim.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the petitioner is not entitled for promotion.

3. The respondents No.1 & 2 are directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner for promotion on the post of Principal of the College within 60 days after hearing the petitioner. The petitioner shall submit a copy of the representation along with a copy of this order before respondents No.1 & 2.

4. With the above observation, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
