1. The attention of this Court is invited by learned counsel for respondent No. 1 towards order dated 04/07/2018 in which it has been stated that sole petitioner has died. Despite having been given sufficient time, no steps have been taken for bringing the legal heirs of the petitioner on record. Today also the matter was called up twice for hearing but none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

2. In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is closed as abated.
