This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested in connection with Crime No. 80/2016, registered at Police Station-Vishrampuri, District-Kondgaon, (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 20 (b) (ii) (B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2.

Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, 56.015 kg. of cannabis was recovered from the possession the applicants. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicants would submit that more than ten prosecution witnesses have been examined.

Learned State Counsel would oppose the bail application. 5.

I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the case diary.

Considering the fact that most of the prosecution witnesses have been examined, I deem it appropriate to direct the trial Court to expedite the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 7.

With the aforesaid observation, the bail application stands disposed off.
