Challenge through the present Writ Petition was to the premature termination of the contractual appointment given to the Petitioners. 2.

However, the State Government in its reply has come out with a categorical stand that their services shall not be terminated prior to the contractual period as has already been decided by the SecretaryRespondent No.1. 3.

In the light of the fact that the Respondents have made an statement that their services shall not be discontinued prematurely, nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the present Writ Petition. 4.
