1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that the petitioner has been promoted on post of 'Nursing Sister' on 26.11.2013 whereas she ought to have been promoted w.e.f. 26.12.2011.

3. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the Competent Authority claiming promotion w.e.f.

26.12.2011 on the post of 'Nursing Sister'

which will be considered and decided by the Competent Authority by passing a reasoned and speaking order within six weeks from the date of receipt of representation.

4. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
