Mr. Somnath Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that though the

petitioner has retired while working as Upper Division Clerk, but the salary for the period 01.04.2001 to 09.07.2009 along with interest has not been paid. The petitioner is also entitled for two times promotion under the scheme of the Time Bound Advancement and arrears of pay and for which the petitioner has also made several representations to the respondent authorities, but the same have not been considered and decided till date.

Therefore, the respondent authorities may be directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representations within the specified time.

Mr. Siddharth Dubey, learned State counsel, would submit that the petitioner's representation shall be decided expeditiously.

Be that as it may, the respondent authorities, particularly the respondent No.3, are directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this

order. The petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation within 3 weeks from today.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost (s).
