By notification dated 31.03.2010 issued by the Central Government in exercise of of powers under Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, all service disputes pertaining to the employees of Steel Authority of India Limited and its units shall now be adjudicated by the Central Administrative Tribunal. The said notification was under challenge before this Court in WPC No.6606/2011. By order dated 07.02.2013, the Division Bench of this Court has dismissed the said writ petition.

In view of the above, this writ petition is not maintainable before this Court. The Registry shall take steps to transfer the matter to the jurisdictional Central Administrative Tribunal. 3.
