This is an application for restoration of WP No.1103/2002 which was dismissed for non-compliance of Court order dated 09.03.2007. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and WP No.1103/2002 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject , however, on payment of cost of Rs.1000/- to the High Court Legal Aid Committee within a period of one week.
