Learned counsel for the Petitioner informs the Court that he has no instruction, in fact, the original file has been taken away by the Petitioner, thereafter he has not bothered to take any steps for engagement of any other counsel. 2.

Even otherwise the matter related to recruitment for the year 2012 on the post of Accounts Officer & Assistant Manager (F&A). Obviously, since the matter has not been adjudicated upon at the relevant time the issue seems to have become infructuous, the Petitioner may have lost the interest in the above circumstances. 3.
