Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 11/01/2019 1.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has been not granted the benefit of the proper pay scale that she is entitled for. 2.

Perusal of record would show that, the petitioner has not even made a representation before the authorities in the department ventilating her grievance and has straight away filed the instant Writ Petition. Such action on part of the petitioner would not be sustainable. 3.

In the given facts, let the petitioner move an appropriate detailed representation in respect of her actual grievance supported with all relevant documents and record before the authorities concerned in the department

and on such representation being made, the authorities would decide the same in accordance with law.

4.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed off. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Sumit JUDGE
