Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the notice issued by the Municipal Corporation, Dongargarh is without jurisdiction and without authority of law. 2.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file reply/objection to the said notice before the Municipal Corporation, Dongargarh within a period of two weeks from today and, in turn, the authority concerned shall consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the receipt thereof. 3.

For the period of six weeks, interim relief granted earlier to continue.
