I Heard.

In this writ petition, the petitioner has mainly prayed for the following relief(s) :

"10.1 Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 13.06.2017 (Annexure P/5 & Annexure P/6) ;

10.2 Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no.1 to immediately issue letter of affiliation for 8 seats in Med Surg, 02 Seats in Psy, 04 Seats in OBG, 02 seats in Pae & 2 seats in CHN for the academic year 2016-2017"

The issue pertains to increase of seats for the academic year 2016-2017. It appears that by lapse of time, the petition has become infructuous as the relief(s) sought in the petition cannot be set back to the academic year of 2016-2017.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
