1. Heard.

2. By way of the present petition, both the petitioners submit that they have performed marriage and thereafter the threat is being extended to them that they would be subjected to manhandling.

3. Perusal of the documents would show that the petitioners have directly approached to this Court without even knocking the door of the concerned Police. Under the circumstances, it is directed that the petitioners shall approach the concerned police station, wherein they are residing presently and make the complaint. The complaint being made, in such the I.O. may record their statements and may act accordingly and if it is found that the petitioners have performed the marriage voluntarily, the protection may be provided to them.

4. With such observation, the petition stands disposed of. Sd/- Goutam Bhaduri Judge Ashu
