Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier on 24.10.2017 this court has directed to consider the representation for grant of compensation. She further submits that this petition has been filed for recalling or modification of the said order dated 24.10.2017 passed in WP(C) No. 2809 of 2017 for the reason that certain facts were not been brought to notice of the court that looking to the heavy cost of land acquisition for service road, it was proposed to delete the stretch from the scope of work therefore, accordingly, the order dated 24.10.2017 may be modified. 2.

This court by order dated 24.10.2017 has only directed to consider

the petitioner's representation. I am inclined to direct that the representation so filed by the private respondents may accordingly be decided by the concerned respondent.

With the aforesaid observation, the review petition stands disposed of.
