1. The application has been filed for withdrawal of the present criminal revision. This criminal revision was admitted for final hearing, therefore, it cannot be disposed off as simply withdrawn.

2. The present petition has been brought against the order dated 24.07.2015, passed in Criminal Appeal No.113 of 2014 directing the applicant to make payment of monthly maintenance of Rs.3,000/- per month to the respondent and also to make payment of Rs.20,000/- as compensation.

3. During the course of argument, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant and respondent both that the respondent has

-2expired, therefore, the order that is under challenge in this revision petition has now become infructuous, hence, for these reasons, the present petition is dismissed and disposed off at the motion stage.
