1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 21-11-2020 in connection with Crime No. 453 of 2020 registered in Police Station- Telibandha, Raipur, District Raipur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 34 of IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

3. Permission is granted.

4. Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
