Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have made an objection to the seniority list published for the post of Sub-
Engineer but their objection to the seniority list has not been considered and they are proceeding promotion for the post of Assistant Engineer. 2.
Per Contra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State would submit that the petitioners' objection will be considered expeditiously. 3.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 4.
Be that as it may, the respondent - State is directed to consider and decide the petitioners' objection with regard to the seniority list and pass a reasoned order expeditiously preferably within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
