In pursuance of issuance of bailable warrants against the applicants, Station-in-Charge, Police Station Dadhi, Distt. Bemetara has sent a report.
Perused the report. As per the report, applicants - Lalchand Jain and Mohanlal Jain died on 07.08.2009 and 01.11.2013 respectively.
In view of above and since no legal representative of the deceased applicants have been brought on record to prosecute the present revision, the same stands abated and is accordingly dismissed as abated.
