This is the Third Bail Application filed under Section 439 of CrPC for grant of regular bail as the applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.320/2018 registered at Police Station Nandini Nagar, District Durg (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 376 of IPC and Section 4 & 6 of POCSO Act. Earlier, first bail application and second bail application were dismissed as withdrawn on 05.04.2019 and 21.01.2020 respectively. This Court issued a direction to the trial Court for expediting the trial.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits, that the applicant is in jail since 10.11.2018 and there is no appropriate progress in the trial and submits that a direction may be issued again to the trial C/ourt for concluding the trial at the earliest.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial by taking necessary steps. 5.
