1. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the instant revision is filed against framing of charge. Initially trial was going on against the present Applicant along with other co-accused person namely Gous Mohammed Beg @ Munna. He further submits that a separate revision against framing of charge has already been filed by the coaccused Gous Mohammed Beg @ Munna which was dismissed on merits vide order dated 21.06.2016 passed in CRR No. 220/2015 by this Court. He further submits that the trial is on last stage, therefore, he does not want to press this revision.

2. In view of the above submission, the instant revision is dismissed as not pressed.
