Counsel appearing for the State today produced before this Court an order dated 26.12.2019 whereby the representation of the petitioner against the order of transfer dated 22.08.2019 has since been rejected. Given the fact that the representation of the petitioner has since been rejected, this Court is of the opinion that the order stands duly complied with. If at all if the petitioner is aggrieved of the order dated 26.12.2019, he is at liberty to challenge the same by way of a fresh proceeding.
