Given the fact that the respondent has rejected the claim of the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be proceeded with the contempt petition. If at all if the petitioner wants, she is at liberty to challenge the subsequent order passed by the respondent by way of a fresh proceeding.
