The claim for regular pay scale as a contingency employee from the initial date of appointment has been denied in the counter-affidavit stating that the Petitioner was appointed on daily wage in 1988 and prior to that she was on muster-roll and after regularisation on 1.9.2007 she was getting the regular pay scale.
