Mr. Nair, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner is working on the post of Assistant Grade-III w.e.f.

23.07.1990 and she is entitled to be promoted to the next higher promotional post of AG-II, but vide Annexure-P/1 dated 01.04.2014, seniority list of AG-III has been published, wherein the petitioner's seniority has been shown w.e.f.

28.07.1996, instead of 23.07.1990. The petitioner has also made representation in this regard, but the same has not been considered and decided till date. Therefore, the respondent authorities may be directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioner.

Mr. Singh, learned State counsel, would submit that the petitioner's representation shall be considered and decided expeditiously.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation to the respondent authorities within 4 weeks from today. On such representation being made, the respondent authorities are directed to consider and decide the petitioner's

representation in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within next 6 weeks.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost (s).
