1. Perused the P.U.D dated 18.11.2020, received from Central Jail, Ambikapur (Surguja) (C.G.) wherein, it has been reported that the Appellant has released from jail on 30.06.2018 after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon them by the concerned Trial Court.

2. Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that he doesn't want to press this appeal.
