Since common question of law and fact is involved in this batch of writ petitions, they are clubbed together, heard together and are being disposed of by a common order.

Mr. Rastogi, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that the petitioners are working on the post of Assistant Teacher (Panchayat) in Sanskrit subject and are entitled to be promoted to the next higher post of Teacher (Panchayat), but vide order/notice dated 05.07.2014 (Annexure-P/1) issued by the Project Officer, Jila Panchayat, Janjgir-Champa, the gradation list of Assistant Teachers (Panchayat) in Maths, Biology and English Subjects has been published via website, but for Hindi, Sanskrit and Social Science subjects, no separate gradation list has been published citing reason that there is no vacant promotional post for these subjects. Therefore, the respondent authorities, particularly the respondent No.2, may be directed to consider the case of the

petitioners by publishing a separate list of Assistant Teachers (Panchayat) in Sanskrit subject.

Mr. Dubey, learned State counsel, would submit that if the petitioners makes a representation to the respondent authorities, the same will be considered and decided within reasonable time. 4.

Be that as it may, if the petitioners make a representation raising their grievance to the respondent No.2, the CEO, Jila Panchayat, Janjgir-Champa within 4 weeks from today, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the petitioners' representation by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within next 6 weeks.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, all the writ petitions stand disposed of. No order as to cost (s).
