1. The petitioner for the moment does not intend to press relief No.1 and prays that the respondents be directed to release retiral and pension benefits payable to the petitioner on her retirement w.e.f. 20.11.2004.

2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the petitioner being sent on retirement w.e.f. 20.11.2004 there is no impediment coming in the way of the respondents in not settling the retiral and pensionary benefits payable to the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner subsequent to filing of petition has been granted benefit of anticipation pension and also the arrears of anticipation pension but full and final pension has not been released.

Similarly, GPF amount also has not been granted to the petitioner and therefore an appropriate direction in this regard be issued.

3. The State counsel however submits that the petitioner has been paid arrears of pension, anticipatory pension as well as the gratuity, so also the amount payable towards GIS has also been released.

4. Given the aforesaid facts, this court does not intend to keep this petition pending any further and the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents No.2 to 4 to personally examine the case of the petitioner so far as whether she has been granted full and final pension payable to her on her retirement w.e.f. 20.11.2004, so also if the GIS amount has not been released, the same be also released to her at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
