Counsel for the appellants submits that earlier appellant No.1-Kushwa and appellant No.2-Santram Marar have filed Criminal Appeal No.745/2010 and likewise Santosh Kumar had filed Criminal Appeal No.268/2008, and both these appeals have been decided analogously on 06.07.2011 along with Criminal Appeal No.1118/2007, and therefore, he is not pressing this appeal.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
