---- Respondents 17/07/2018 Ms. Rashul Bhawnani, Advocate for the petitioner. Shri SP Kale, Deputy Advocate General for the State. The challenge in the present writ petition was advertisement which was issued by the respondents-State for filling up of the post of Multipurpose Heath Worker.

Pending the petition, the respondents have withdrawn the advertisement and as such the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
