1. Perused the PUD received from Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Raipur, (C.G.) dated 7/7/2020 wherein it has been reported that present appellant has been released from jail on 13/8/2019 after completion of the entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the trial Court.

2. Since, appellant has already been released after completion of his entire jail sentence, learned Counsel for the appellant submits that he does not want to press the instant appeal and thus, wants to withdraw the same.
